tonight, there was a pick-up order. when my man went in, he did not get any direction or interaction from the busy workers, so grasped what he had assumed was our meal and went. it was in the did our meal, but instead of packing it was sandwiches. they were obviously out of the packaging, but that didn't tell him. I was already a level 8/10 hangry when my man went, and when he came home with the wrong order and I came back to the car and drove to the car, I was on a level 9/10 hangry. the good, hardworking people there did not deserve my job, but they took it gracefully and did their best to work with me. The lady working the drive thru tonight (Sun 01/16/22) was sweet until she wasn’t. Had a miscommunication on my order and went inside to get the correct items. 2 ladies helped me with it but the drive thru one was yelling about how I can’t listen and something about treating her like every other woman. I don’t care your gender, I just wanted to get what I came for. Maybe YOU should’ve listened the first time and save the fake sweet personality for the next customer!

Don’t waste your time coming here. Service is horrible. Waited over 10 mins for meals I ordered in the drive thru, only to walk in and find out they haven’t made the food. First and last time, at this location.

Out of straws for months! When you order a drink or milkshake it would be nice to know that they have no straws! You know that until you have paid and handed you drink/milkshake.
