Omg! Best experience ever in any fast food restaurant in my life! I am a special needs teacher from Vandalia and we brought 16 students and 7 teachers to Troy Arby?s today for lunch. The staff was absolutely amazing with our students. So kind. So patient.AND they gave the teachers FREE lunch! The restaurant was so clean too! The staff even came to the dining room to give mystudents toys and check to see how we were doing. We will Be going back!! Highly recommend ??
My parents came here today and they were the worst sandwiches they have every had. When my dad called and let them know how unsatisfied he was and that they lost a customer. The manager said oh well its best that way .. are you kidding me? I ain 't eat there and I 'll let all my family members know not to either. The manager needs training on how to handle customer.
I wish there were a way to know for sure when they’re actually open during their posted business hours. For instance, I stopped by at noon, but they were closed. As a result, I've been spending a lot more of my Arby's budget at Wendy's.
I've only visited this restaurant twice, but both times I ordered the turkey from the market fresh menu, and it was either half frozen or thawed out to the point where it soaked through the bread. Reserva una mesa ahora
The bread was dry and the fries were over cooked. More importantly the manager who has been there for a long time is rude every time I have been in there.
Rude service and didn't even get my full order. Don't waste your time just go to a different one. Didn't even give me my receipt....
If you got what you paid for it would be great but this location doesn't care enough to give you that, sadly.

Very disappointed that they are not selling potato cakes but crinkle fries and Mocha shake was amazing.
