Arby's - Reserva de mesa

Zero Stars! Avoid this location at all cost. Extremely poor service and zero customer satisfaction. The manager ReNetta Moore is very rude and apparently won't refund your money after taking 2 sips of what was supposed to be a Jamoca Shake. We told her that there was no jamoca flavor and that is was just vanilla. She argued that the machine mixes it, so we mentioned the maching may be broken then... Long story short we settled for a Andes mint chocolate chip shake and that wasn't right either, there weren't any Andes mints in it. I grabbed a copy of the receipt and submitted a complaint.

Even if they put cheese on my bratbeef and I didn't say twice. The food was great for only 1 person who works the whole restaurant. Call another Arby when that happens, and there is no one to plan, there is always someone else in another business ready to come and earn additional money. No one should ever have to edit the whole shop itself. It makes for terrible sales with employees and bad for customer service waiting time. Even if the employee belongs to another person who comes to work, the knowledge about the business of Arby has.

I am a truck driver and I stopped at this restaurant as I always do on my route. I ordered curly fries but was given wavy fries instead. The mac n cheese I ordered was undercooked and not served properly. The burger I ordered was so hot that the cheese melted, leading me to believe it was microwaved. I don't mind waiting in line or spending money, but the quality of the food needs to improve. I don't want to pay for microwaved burgers when I could just buy frozen ones and cook them in my truck for cheaper.

Don't go to this Arby's thier drinks are out of suryp when you tell them instead of handleling it they tell you they have 3 drinks which are out as well and they are rude I ordered 3 combos and they cramed it into one bag which tore in the parking lot the customer service is unbearable I will not be returning to Arby's till they can get these issues fixed so my Tuesday night trips to Vinton from Sulphur after work will only be to go to loves truck stop Reserva una mesa ahora

We arrived at the restaurant to find that they were almost out of everything due to a delayed truck delivery. Despite this inconvenience, the drive-thru attendant was polite and generous. She apologized for the lack of options, but we reassured her that it was not her fault. The food was delicious overall, but the buffalo chicken burger was a bit too saucy, making it difficult to keep the chicken filet on the bun.

We went through the drive thru, and the employee who took our order was SO GRUMPY, it was really funny. When I asked questions, she cleared out answers. We moved to get our food and we saw their SMS on their phone. She was mixed when she handed out our soft drinks, which actually got a sheen of a smile from her. The saving grace was that all 4 of our orders were right!

I walked in, tried to order, I left.I'm fond of the potato cakes and Arby's is phasing them out. So I phased out my patronage and will no long shop at any Arby's.

I recommend trying the 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich with curly fries, but don't forget to also add some chili and cheese on top for an extra delicious meal. Reserva una mesa ahora
