The fries were stale and cold, and the burgers have shrunk significantly. The server seemed rushed and didn’t give us enough time to finish our order, so we had to call for assistance again. They also forgot one of our drinks, and we had to ask for it after our initial delivery. There was no salt or ketchup provided, which meant another trip back to request those. We were on our way to Texas and won't be making that detour again. Service: Takeout.

The parking lot can be somewhat challenging in terms of size and location. The service, however, was quick, as they weren't very busy when we left. The volume of the speaker announcing the menu was quite loud, which startled me and made it a bit hard to understand what was being said. I recommend trying the Batter Shakes, but it's best not to go for the large size on your first order! The pretzel bites are delicious.

I placed an online order and scheduled a time for my arrival. However, I got caught in traffic, which delayed me. They called to check on me while I was on my way! The food I ordered was cooked to perfection and served hot and fresh. The customer service staff was very friendly. The parking area and stalls were clean. Late night craving for a chicken tender basket it was scrumptious the tenders were crispy and tender dunked just right in the gravy so yummy the meal was delicious even loved the one onion ring that made me crave more.

A customer was rude to an employee, but we were kind and even the young lady left a tip. The staff did an excellent job, and the food was served perfectly. The strawberry milkshake was delicious.
