I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was fresh and delicious. I tried the new smokerburger and it was fantastic. The meat looked like it was handcrafted and grilled on a backyard grill, not the thin frozen patties that are commonly used. The young man at the window was incredibly nice and helpful, providing us with polite and informative service regarding our order.
Great experience there today. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh and great. Tried the new smokehouse burger. It was great. The meat looked as if it was made by hand and thrown on a grill in someone’s backyard not the thin frozen patties most fast food joint use. Again the young guy at the window was hands down one of the nicest people. He was courteous and informative about our order.
I wanted to dine at the Pelham Arby's but they were drive-thru only. So I gave them ZERO stars. We drove to the Alabaster location and had a great, dine-in meal. Thank you Alabaster Arby's for having your dining area open. From now on, I am refusing to buy any more food from a restaurant that cannot accommodate guests who wish to dine in.

"DON?T EAT AT THIS LOCATION! THEY NEED TO BE TURNED INTO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! After spending 30 mins in line, this is what we got. One of those pieces of chicken look like it was cooked the previous day. Food made us sick just from a small bite. Just close down!"
