At the outset, the establishment is dirty (when the shortcut was clean), the meat is immangeable, the soft fries, the pasta are soft.....To close urgently no interest, to the worst leave the station with sandwiches and "all beasts" drinks, or better, to bring back the old shortcut, but the current establishment is an insult to the customers!

self service restaurant on motorway (a11) near the Ferté-Bernard in Sarthe. The hotel offers self-service menus with a choice of menus, baby and children's menus. obviously you have to wait for self-made cuisine but the advantage is that it is open all day and late in the evening. The formula can trouble and it's convenient when you travel with children in the early age.
If you want a coffee and a chocolate bar, you will need to do twice the queue because even if it is the same sign it is not possible to pass these 2 items to the same box. There are 2 different companies. They're fine, but they're not customers. PASSER YOUR ROUTE and go to someone who takes care of the customers.

really very disappointed with the new self, I spend every 15 days and I used to eat in the evening, the waitress always welcoming even at 9:30, after the change we feel like disturbing and the buffet is empty some packed salad! Too bad I stop.
consistent rates with the filling of the plate: empty! unstable reception, not smiling. wondering if the smile is paying!? If you're not too hungry, continue to the next area you'll never regret anything!
