We waited 1 hour and 12 minutes for Chicken Fingers a Veggie Burger. They had 3-4 cooks working. They do 1-2 tickets at a time. I went up an hour after we ordered to ask where they were and said “We just finished this one so we’re putting yours on the grill now.” I’ve worked in restaurants for 10 years and never have I seen a worse kitchen system. They should be planning atleast 5 tickets at a time. With 3-4 cooks you can do that. I looked over the counter multiple times and never saw more than 2 things on the grill. Wife and I went for lunch. Wife had a salad. Ordered me a bacon cheese burger, nothing else on burger. Said they would text us. Waited 35 minutes outside. No text wife went inside it had been sitting on counter. Picked up and drove home 1/2 mile. Opened up fries were cold and my burger had 1 strip of bacon, tomato which I'm allergic to) and pickles. Great place! Though they might have your food ready faster than you think I planned on the time given when I ordered from my phone, and it was ready a full 15 minutes before that I hadn't even left the house! I really liked the sweet potato fries and while I'd come back, I don't think I'd get the black bean burger again, though. I'd like to try some other things instead. Fantastic food. The fries were the prefect level of crispy and hearty. I ordered the salmon burger and my friend got the falafel burger. The food was incredible and the prices were very cheap. We will definitely be coming back here again in the future. If are hungry and close by or live near shelburne road it is well worth the stop!!! I discovered this restaurant while exploring the area, and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the turkey burger with fries, and it was delicious! My husband really enjoyed his Champlain burger too! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area. We will definitely return the next time we're in town!
