My partner and I regularly come on vacation in the area. Fantastic discovery, magical gastronomic cuisine... irreproachable professional, smiling and benevolent. Excellent experience at Arkadia Restaurant, staff is competent and familiar with their products, they are very smiling and take the time to explain each of their dishes. From mouth to dessert, we enjoyed each of the dishes. The chords and flavors were really original in both textures and tastes. A very good address for a next visit to Ardèche!

This is the surprise of our stay! Seasonal cuisine; Very elegant. Small touches of Brittany in the plate with some cooked or raw algae. An eggplant roll... magic! The dessert fromager is surprising!! Perfect for the salty beak I am.
