I often come to climb. I notice that the guys (particularly part of the Arkose staff) feel comfortable spending their sessions shirtless. Several girls came to the reception to report that this made them uncomfortable and that the social asymmetry was not fair without anything being put in place to change that or asking them to hand over their T-shirt.
