Extremely poor customer service and completely inappropriate treatment. The on-site employee showed no interest in helping customers. Not only was she rude, but she was also visibly annoyed and disrespectful. Questions were brushed off with a condescending tone and problems or concerns were not even addressed. It seems as if neither the customer nor his concerns are valued here. Such behavior leaves a very negative impression and takes away any joy from shopping. Unfortunately, absolutely not a recommendation if you want friendly and professional service.

Very bad customer service. The employee on site was extremely rude and disrespectful, making you feel unwelcome as a customer. Instead of helping with questions, she responded dismissively and with an inappropriate tone. Such behavior is unacceptable for professional customer service. Top bowling alley, price performance standard and understandable. 1 star less is just a matter of taste and the volume of the music! A simple conversation is impossible, it is clear that music stimulates conversations as well.

We go to bowling centers every now and then and the West is a lot of fun. The DJ evening on the weekend is really cool. I have to say our experience with the employees has been very positive so far. Reserva una mesa ahora
