I recently arranged for a cocktail making session here on a Saturday night for my friends hen party. I am so glad I picked this place as it has such a cosy atmosphere and the 7 of us had the upstairs to ourselves. We made two cocktails, and Elderflower Collins and a Mai Tai which were really fun to make and delicious. Tom the bartender was very knowledgeable and great fun! All the girls loved him! The booking process was very easy and Mercedes was very helpful throughout, providing me with lots of information and also invited me for a visit before I booked so i could see what Aroma is like. Every time I've been here there's been sweet little freebie tasters on the counter while you wait for your coffee and friendly conversation. I really enjoy this place, I'm only ever in there briefly, but I do leave smiling and looking forward to the things I've purchased. I was lucky enough to have a vegan sausage roll recently baked so it was still warm! So flaky, tasty and tasting similar to meat as well (in a good way! . I'm not vegan, but I have a sensitive tummy to lactose products and enjoy eating vegetarian on occasion. Thanks everyone :
Visited this trendy cafe for the first time and received a very warm welcome. I treated myself to a flat white which was perfectly crafted and full of flavour and a delicious slice of cake which was beautifully moist,scrumptious and it certainly hit the spot. As well as hot beverages they also serve alcoholic beverages including beers and cocktails and a range of delicious food. Why go to a tax avoiding chain such as Starbucks when you could enjoy a delicious cocktail or coffee at Aroma. Without a doubt i will be making a return visit
I absolutely loved it! The coffee was great and they have a lot of plant-based options, both for the “milk”, and for cookies and other treats. Moreover, the place in itself is really cozy and with a great atmosphere. The staff is so lovely and nice, too! I’d wish Aroma were where I live, so I could go there everyday!!!

I am a frequent patron of Aroma and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of excellent coffee or delicious food. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Whether you're looking for a quick coffee to-go or a peaceful environment to sit and relax, Aroma is the perfect place to visit.
My all time favourite coffee shop in Norwich, all the staff are professional but offer a personal experience and make you feel very welcome. Family business really shows through and it does feel like you've walked into your friends kitchen and they're offering you the best coffee there is in Norwich
Whilst not appearing to be the best, this is a very good little coffee shop. The guy behind the counter was obviously passionate about his coffee very good and the waitress was smiley, polite and efficient. Upstairs is a bit cramped and not too well lit but for a brief pit stop more than adequate.
Recently discovered this lovely little place and will be back! The coffee was stunning, I’d even go as far to say it rivals the likes of Starbucks and Costa! Would certainly choose Aroma over these! The whole place felt super friendly too!

We visited this restaurant multiple times while staying in Norwich. It is conveniently located but tends to be quiet. The coffee and sandwiches were delicious. If you're in need of a quick coffee fix, this is the perfect place for you.
I absolutely adore this place! It's my go-to coffee shop. The baristas are incredibly friendly and charming, and the coffee is simply delicious. (Definitely the top choice in Norwich)
