our meal started well, with delicious starter courses. the tandori king prawns and the mönch fish. the most important courses were however very disappointing. we love our curries. whatever the type, it doesn't have to be hot, but it should have a lot of taste. tonight we ordered one of the most main courses. one (the lambry rogan josh) was well flavored. the rest remembered a poor corma. it is sad that many Indian restaurants dug down their menus to match supposed English palates. that seems to be the case here. most of the main dishes lacked character or any significant taste. this was particularly sad, as the quality of the meat (sweet, lamb) and fish (prawns and monkfish) was good. the se...
There were six of us in our group and we were seated right away, with no waiting time. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. We spent about 2.5 hours there and never felt rushed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and would definitely return again.
The staff at this restaurant provide excellent service, with prompt service and helpful suggestions for those unfamiliar with Indian cuisine. The chefs deserve credit for running the kitchen smoothly. However, the high price of Cobra lager at £4.50 a pint was my only complaint, as it would have been more enjoyable at a fairer price of £3.50 a pint.
What can I say? I will go so far by saying one of the best curry house in norwich city. if they want a nice night outside, this is the place to go .lovely feel and atmosphere also to the place. employees are all so polite and friendly and so efficient.

every evening open at 5.30 a.m., Sunday evening closed, we so good the first time that we back for our last night and tried to ate about 6 p,m each occasion, but it is very busy, so would certainly recommend booking in advance
beautiful ambiente and decor when a bit dark, and great eating were the dhal puri starter and huh naga mainly top crucible. given the quality of the place, it was not overpriced. we really liked it.
eating is excellent, the best prawn puri ever! the personal is beautiful, attentive, without being overlaid. the atmosphere is also great, a beautiful building in the historic colegate.
Very good service from the staff! The restaurant also has a nice ambiance too with the lighting and music.
