I was pleasantly surprised to place my order with a real person instead of through a speaker! The staff member who took my order was very friendly and took the time to explain the drink and menu options. He even encouraged me to taste my drink before leaving and assured me they would happily remake it if it wasn’t right—which wasn’t necessary because it was delicious! The breakfast sandwich was made with cage-free eggs, and there were plenty of nutritious choices on the menu. I also tried the hash browns, which were fantastic (and I didn’t experience any heartburn!). I will definitely be back. Thank you!
Whenever I go to this restaurant, the staff is exceptionally friendly and upbeat—it's really a breath of fresh air. They are always enthusiastic about providing recommendations and explaining the specialty drinks. As someone who has worked at Starbucks and has spent a lot of time experimenting with coffee, I truly appreciate the collaborative effort to ensure my drink is made just the way I like it. I never feel hurried when placing my order. On top of that, the coffee is excellent. Keep up the great work!
AMAZING!!!! They offer a fantastic variety of flavors, including both regular and sugar-free options. I've become a huge fan of their lattes, especially their delicious skinny latte. The egg bites are fantastic, and the muffins are large and absolutely delicious. The customer service is exceptional; I've gotten to know Tory, Claudia, Sabrina, and Selina, and they always make me feel like they were eagerly awaiting my visit! I've even reached out to the owners to praise their wonderful staff.
As a first-time customer, I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were incredible. They took a bit longer than they anticipated to get my order ready, but they generously offered me complimentary drinks, which I absolutely loved! Everything we ordered was excellent. I’ve since returned three times for hot coffee, and each time it’s been the perfect cup.

The staff at Aroma Joe's are always incredibly friendly to someone like me, who doesn't know much about coffee. Every time I place an order, it's a delightful experience. Their breakfast sandwiches are also bursting with flavor! I wish there were more locations in every town, but I'm happy to make the trek for this standout coffee shop among the many others.
