This was our first time visiting Artie's. This is our new go to restaurant when we're in the area. The service is impeccable. Our waitress, Ericca, (yes, spelled with two CCs), was a doll. I wasn't thrilled with my prime rib (it was too fatty for me). I was offered another dish to take home free of charge. The manager come out to speak to us and educated me on the cut off meat I ordered. He offered a different cut off meat. I greatly appreciated that. The texmex eggrolls are delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the pavan crusted trout. I highly recommend visiting Artie's when you're in the Fairfax area.
Atmosphere: 5/5, very lodge on the lake feel. Beautiful mural and artwork. Low lighting, nice ambience. Service: 5/5, our server Patrick was knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Food: 5/5, my pecan crusted trout was delicious and fresh. I didn't want it to end! The potatoes it was served with were out of this world. Well done. Bread and butter were also a nice complimentary start to the meal. Very diverse menu, including dessert offerings. Drinks: 5/5, ample drink choices. Prosseco I ordered was delicious.
My favorite restaurant. I have not had anything but the best at this place. We’ve been going to Arties for 25+ years. The food, the service is excellent! Crab cakes trout with almonds is my favorite. My husbands favorite is tenderloin steak, and baby back ribs! You will not go wrong! I’m so glad they started taking reservations!
Friendly staff , amazing delicious menu at a mode rest price a must try for the Bubble squeak ice cream for dessert , atmosphere charming , walk to front door a small hike but great exercise best of all meet friendly people along the way !
