Though the lines can be long, the staff works quickly to accommodate everyone. It’s clear that if the food is good, people are willing to wait, and I believe the long wait is a testament to the fresh and amazing selection they offer.
They also allow you to customize your cakes, but like any business, they need to keep some limitations in place to avoid mistakes and ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, I rate this place five out of five stars for their excellent service, high-quality products, and fantastic variety.
Our family has been coming here for 20 years. We love supporting small businesses- especially in Arthur Ave. We were excited to drop by today for some cookies but the teenage girl attendants are awful. Horrible customer service. They were congregating even though there was a line. They didn't answer our questions and disregarded any form of proper decency. We want this business to survive, but it needs to be managed differently and needs new employees.
Incredible pastries and cakes! I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend this bakery to others. They also offer shipping, so I’ll be sending some treats to my family in Florida soon. Thank you for the excellent customer service, especially from Natalie, the manager, who is such a great help to the staff upfront!
I received my cake in this condition, and I was denied a full refund. This cake was for my mother's birthday. I've always ordered from this bakery and am really disappointed with this experience. The DoorDash customer service agent was also quite unprofessional.

The traditional pastries and cookies here are excellent. It's also more accessible than Arthur Avenue, with quicker service and shorter lines. While it can be a bit pricey, it’s still worth it. That's the only reason I didn't give it a full five stars.
The lemon pound cake loaf was soft, moist, and delicious. My only concern was that there was too much lemon cream in the center; it was a bit overpowering for my taste. Aside from that, both the flavor and presentation were wonderful.
I ordered mocha cream cake that was fresh and delicious, and had one of the best chocolate dipped macarrons since Mother's in Riverdale closed shop.
Great bakery! Never a disappointment. I would suggest them to anyone looking for quality and fairly priced cakes and Pastries.

The cookies are absolutely delicious, especially with my small 12 oz American coffee. I love everything about this place!
The best thing about Artuso is they offer mini pastries. This box is $5, definitely worth the price.
