The experience at pergola was absolutely awful! I booked a reservation for my birthday dinner with a few friends. We sat ordered our drinks and apps and the waiter never came back to take our entree orders. After hunting him down and asking him to take our orders his response was “no we need the table by 9 pm.” So I told him we were waiting for him to take the order and he never came back. While the food was decent, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff and managers harassed us to leave after having waited outside in the frigid cold much after our reservation time. They were not ready to seat us on time, but after dining, the staff chose to ask us to leave our table immediately after paying our bill. I had a very unsettling experience this Friday while sitting at the bar so it has led me to write this review. All started out well, but I was curious about what the bartender may have thought the best hookah flavor was and she was very rude and short with me. It was not just her, the male bartender was also pretty short and rude. I had a birthday dinner reservation for 9pm. I arrived at 9:03pm. The security was rude from the very beginning. I was able to get inside by 9:07p. I told the front desk that the rest of the people was arriving in 15 mins and she said that it was ok. By 9:22pm the rest of the people arrived and the security came to me and told me that my reservation was canceled. This place is amazing! Great food, great hookah, great drinks, great service and great vibes. It’s everything you would want. It has a longey vibe but still romantic and still fun. I would come here for a girls night or date night. The service is impeccable. Such great management. I love good places with great service. I highly highly recommend.
Racist establishment don’t go here they literally pushed my sister to the ground…..the security guard take his job to serious no way
Music good. Seating, not okay especially because the hookahs are squeezed into small spaces. Food was fine. Drinks worth the price.
