I've been waiting here for a while. The last special occasions I wanted to take here with my wife have been fully booked for days. But that's okay, but you'll learn why. This time we finally came in and Oh my God was absolutely worth it! The ambience and the atmosphere were nothing but perfection. The waiting staff is professionally trained and very well trained on the menu where the food comes, which is good together, and overall fine dining service. Eating made us feel like we were in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant filled with the top professional and animal 1 trained staff. The food was absolutely to die. My wife and I had dinner last night for the wedding day. Our server Jonah, I think that was his name, did a great job. He was very attentive to us and struck a large bottle of wine for our meal. There were so many appetizers we wanted to try, and we couldn't just decide one, so we ordered 4 of them. Our favorites were the schishito paprika with the cashew dust and the reuben egg rolls!! Then we share the roasted 1/2 duck for our duck. All I can say is WOW!! Thank you for a fantastic dinner!! This is now one of our favorite places to visit!! Hats of all of you!!!!

Tasty but overrated. We had the locally sourced tasting menu. While the flavors were good, they were not exciting or that interesting. $130 for two. I think developing more sophisticated complex flavor experiences would make the reservation worthwhile. We were also hungry again shortly after, so perhaps add a 4th course to the tasting menu to make it more worthwhile. Finally, the dessert was again tasty but visually underwhelming. Macaroons were very good though plain vanilla.

Make sure to Reserve a Table. It is 100% worth your time to enjoy culinary excellence. From unique meats, mushrooms, vegetables to exquisitely made drinks. The ambiance is Romantic Speakeasy, if that is a thing. There is a sense of pride in this establishment that echoes through its expertly chosen staff. I applaud this restaurant as one of my favorites.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere!!! We celebrated our anniversary last night at Ashton?s and the food and drinks were prepared to perfection! Wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or just because.

First time visiting Ashten’s. My wife and I really enjoyed our appetizers, cocktails, entrees and dessert. Highly recommend if you are in the Southern Pines area. We will be back!

Absolutely LOVE asthen?s. The food and drinks are superb. Locally sourced, fresh, and delightful. I have been a few times now ? each time service and quality is consistent!

One of our favorite night spots. A little quieter and accommodating for our girls! Dinner salad is always a must, but the new family style meals are interesting!
