eating here is the worst thing I've ever tried. I wish I had read the reviews before my wife was convinced to go through the "Thai" sign in the window. it is in fact a Chinese restaurant that uses very low quality and tasteless ingredients and reheats them in a microwave. especially, when I told the waitress that eating was very low, she obviously would not have looked after less. a total amount. avoid them at all costs. eat them in the nearby youth hostel or buy some cookies in the supermarket coop. or find a piece of cardboard for her dinner. everything would be better than this place.
the food was in order, quite authentic, but the environment was not hygienic. the toilets are 2 days after going to the back of the restaurant. the male waiter even instructed us on a glass of water that he filled directly from the hahn in. before my eyes! the service was so slow and took forever to get our food. the tables have layers of stacked table covers, the topmost layer is replaced when they sit on a new table! close to the chairs there was a deposit of some black water we sat at. halfway through lunch the cook came out at the male waiter. will not recommend going here.
We had to leave before we even ordered because of the rude waitress. Before taking order the waitress told us we had to choose between fork and spoon or chopsticks because she said too much washing if we use both... this is in a restaurant...that on average charges 40 CHF per dish!!! And then when we insist on soup spoons she tosses the spoons on the table loudly and rudely. Even to our elderly parents. That's when we had enough and just walked out.
Poor service... At first, they look us very strangely, and They told us to go out to the emergency exit, without treating us as customers. They later took us to the table after knowing we were going to place an order. I ordered Ice coffee, but they give me lukewarm coffee... They said they have no ice..

The restaurant has an elegant environment, delicious dishes and first-class service. Every dish was satisfying and the dining experience was very enjoyable. highly recommended! Five-star praise!
I ordered takeout today. The portion was generous and the taste was authentic. I was very satisfied.
