Aspen Leaf Bakery And Cafe

Cute, funky little restaurant/bakery/shop. Live band playing when we arrived. Very willing to work with us, and the results were delightful. We had the mushroom melt minus cheese, and the vegan burger, with side salad and fat free raspberry vinaigrette. Also came with large dill pickles. Will go back next time through area to try the falafel and maybe a loaf of wonderful bread.

This local spot has been adding more vegan options lately and will even do Special Orders on baked goods. They also have baked in house goods like turnovers and pies and vegan options like a burger, sandwich and a falafel! Amazing atmosphere and friendly service are both a bonus making this a new go-to! Next time will go back to the area to taste the falafel and perhaps a foliage of wonderful bread.

Absolutely amazing food and hospitality!! My mom had coffee with cream and said it was the best she has ever had. I am vegan so I got the veggie burger. I think it is made in house. It was one of the best vegan burgers I've ever tried!!
