The restaurant's culinary specialties are hamburgers and tartars. The tartare is undoubtedly the best I have had the opportunity to taste. The visual presentation is worthy of a gourmet establishment, while the taste and portion are simply excellent. The price is completely justified given the exceptional quality of the tartare. The fruit juices offered are also delicious. The location of the restaurant offers a bucolic and peaceful setting, conducive to a pleasant dining experience. However, I must point out a few negative points which led me to remove one star from my review: Chipped glass. The toilet door did not have a lock.
