What a great stay! Thank you Sundae, John, Cole, Saeed, Kelly, Jordan, Amira, the Butler Team, the Valet team, the Houskeeping Team, Jeanie Milena from the spa, the spa team, and all of the staff for an amazing time! You all made our anniversary very special and we cannot thank you enough! Although there were issues, you all ensured we were taken cared of, and for that we are greatly appreciated! Service was top notch. The past few years the higher end hotels in Atlanta service levels have declined. St Regis was an exception. We had a quick overnight girls weekend, and we were all 4 impressed from the valet. To the front desk. To servers. All the staff were kind and had a smile. Will 100% be back. For the cost, its the service you expect, but do not always get today. Location is central, yet tucked away. Easy access to several areas in Atlanta.
