Best restaurant on the boardwalk, facing the ocean. Nice breeze and views. The food was excellent. 5 stars. Our party of four had the ceviche, fried beef hearts (a Peruvian special), grilled fish, seafood pasta, grilled chicken and fried snapper. Several cocktails but he most memorable ones were the pina coladas, pisco sour. The ceviches were the freshest we’ve had and we know ceviche living in South Florida and having been to Peru. The owner (Mario) was so hospitable! Celeste was our waitress, attentive and fast service. Great ambiance, unpretentious place but food is excellent and fresh. This is a real jewel on the Hollywood, Florida, boardwalk. We stopped and had drinks at several establishments along the boardwalk and asked about ceviche. Everyone told us to try the new Peruvian restaurant, At Peru. We found it and we’re so impressed. It was the best ceviche that we have ever eaten, and there were several versions from which to choose! It was the first time that our granddaughter had eaten ceviche. We also had the fried calamari and shrimp. We complimented the waitress, and she brought the owner to meet us. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Miami. The drinks, food, ambience and service were perfect for a day at the Florida beach.
The food quality was horrible, and the menu lacked pricing transparency, making it difficult to make informed choices. Additionally, the high prices didn't match the quality of the dishes. This was meant to be a special time with my family, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a horrible experience. I had tried so many Peruvian cuisine multiple times but I’ve never tasted such bad quality meal plus the waitress didn’t do a good job and I still have to pay 18% when they don’t deserve it.
Came out on a Monday night. The vibe was great not to busy no wait. The food was delicious and flavorful. Isabella and Marcella was great they knew the menu and had great recommendations. Please try the pisco sour! You won't regret it!

I came to At Peru with my family and had a great time. Great authentic food, with ocean view! The owner, Mario, his wife, and waitress were incredibly nice and hospitable. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
