Welcome to The Nightmare Deli, where October brings more tricks than treats. Yesterday, I placed an order, and when I went to pick it up today, it was completely wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, the store clerk was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational. He said, "Oh, you should've been more specific. We have nothing written down, which means nothing was specified." Honestly, how much clearer can you be when you order plain sandwiches with cheese? Stopped in when we were traveling, and oh my goodness, they were wonderful. They were kind, and helpful, and the coffee was amazing! They made us breakfast sandwiches in 3 minutes flat, and we also got wraps for later on, that were just amazing. I would eat here every single day, if I lived in the neighborhood! Folks who live nearby are blessed! Yum!
When Atlantic Deli gets your order correct the deli is very good, unfortunately its common for them to mess up orders. I?ve gone to this deli for the last 5-6 years and it?s always a risk ordering over the phone here and you?re lucky if they even pick upthe phone. Bagel Dock around the block is a much better establishment and actually reliable.
Atlantic Deli is an excellent spot offering a diverse range of breakfast, lunch, and both hot and cold meals. Located in a wonderful neighborhood, it provides ample parking for convenience.
