Atlantic Superstore Kings Road

I like to shop at the superstore a couple times a month for the bigger items. This issue I have with this store is there NEW self checkouts. They are so super sensitive and require frequent assistance from store staff. In both the Sydney store and Port Hawksbury store I have experienced the same issue of needing a ridiculous amount of assistance from store staff that I have decided NOT to go back there for awhile. It's beyond FRUSTRATING!!!!

I had a great experience at Atlantic Superstore, especially when I tried their delicious strawberry cake—it was a standout! The prices are high but the ordering process was straightforward, making it easy to pick up what I needed. The store has a wide variety of products, and the overall shopping experience was enjoyable.

The self checkouts have become a ridiculous experience. Might be okay if we had the choice to go in a regular checkouts, but there's barely any open. Actually one of the most decent grocery store in Sydney for fruits and veggies selection.

Only two cashiers open with lineups, alarms going off repeatedly. And none of the larger sized pots or wok to be found there, port hawkesbury or Antigonish for the stamps I collected for the last month. Disapoointing

The selection of vegetables was minimal, and the quality of those offered was quite low. Charging $7 for asparagus? It's no surprise that many struggle to eat fresh and healthy foods.

The produce was subpar, and the restrooms were filthy, which is particularly concerning during these times of COVID and flu. I didn't even hesitate when I opened the door to enter!

The selection was quite limited, and in some instances, they were completely out of certain items, especially those on sale, like the prime rib.

Always a great selection and it doesnt break the bank. New health food items and there's always butter !

2 cashiers on a Saturday evening at 5pm, on a holiday weekend? What you thinking??

The staff doesn't run and hide from you. They actually help and answer questions.
