Your dining experience at Ateium begins with a stroll down a discreet alleyway that leads into a bright, stylish space that feels almost like a hidden gem. Atrium is a hidden gem in the back alley of Vermont Ave, offering a sublime dining experience with simple yet exquisite ingredients. I visited this restaurant for the second time with my friends, and we were all blown away by the flavors and presentation of the dishes. The hamachi crudo and the oyster mushroom were especially divine. The ambiance was chic and cozy, with brick walls and lush plants. The service was fast and friendly, and the drinks were refreshing. Kudos to the owner and the chef for creating such a wonderful place. I highly recommend Atrium to anyone who wants to discover a pleasant surprise in Los Angeles.

5 of us just had brunch and our order was wrong on 3 dishes, then we ordered ice tea and got ice coffee. We ate on the patio and the music was so loud. We had to ask 5 times to please turn down the music and got somewhat of an attitude look like we were aliens. When you can’t have a normal conversation during a meal and you have to shout to hear everyone the music is too loud. The bathroom are so dark you can’t see the toilet because it’s black and there is no light in the toilet area. We will not come back we have so many other choices to eat at.

The food has really gone downhill. The menu is small and nothing on it was noteworthy. For the prices I was shocked how bad it was. Greasy and unappetizing. Cavatelli was chewy and bland, and the presentation was just weird with one slice of salami on top. Salads were enormous but roughly put together with no presentation like just a huge pile of stuff. Pacing of food was off and left our table overcrowded. Steak sauce was basically mayonnaise. My bubbly wine was served in a wine glass instead of a flute. What happened to this place?? My wife and I enjoyed happy hour where we ordered the Future Nostalgia, The Margarita, and the #1 Burger. The drinks were on the sweeter side but still delectable. The burger was cooked well but too much sauce for my taste. The fries had a perfect crisp! I wish they would provide a separate dipping sauce other than ketchup. The restaurant decor and ambiance is a 10/10! Great spot, great vibes with my cute company @liv_beautifulee

We sampled many menu items. The karpachi was a little fruit forward, and the fish was a little tough. The crab dip was delicious. The Caesar salad was also quite good with wonderful croutons. The gnocchi was a little doughy and tasted like potatoes. The steak was undercooked, but the fries were delicious. Cocktails were a gin and tonic and a garden gateway, which were both good.

Disappointed. The cocktails were great. Service fun. But the pork belly was mush. The charmoula cabbage was not exciting and like something a Moroccan mom would do to trick her kids into eating cabbage. Steak tartar relied on too much horseradish sauce instead of the beauty of the meat. Crudo was good. Pork entrée was dull.

Every recommendation from the waiter was outstanding—truly every single one. I even mentioned to him that I plan on returning next week, and that's no exaggeration. Everything here is absolutely delicious!
