The website offers birthday coupons, but when I tried to redeem one, the manager curtly informed me that it was up to each individual franchise whether to accept them, and they chose not to. This felt like poor business practice and left a bad impression. Since then, I’ve been dining there much less often. I gave 3 stars because the other staff are very friendly and the food is good.
The hospitality and food at this restaurant are fantastic. However, the dishes don't quite align with what the franchise is currently offering. My daughter and I were really looking forward to those delicious spinach and bacon croissants. When I asked the chef about them, he seemed confused and didn't know what I was talking about.

The closing time listed on Google was 3 PM, but they actually close at 2:30 PM. When I arrived at 2:30, instead of turning me away, the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to make a purchase.
