We knew we 'd arrived at the right place from the 'Pulp Fiction ' dancing music blaring from the outside speakers: pushed our way inside, out of the whirling snow and found ourselves in a full on party atmosphere: It was completely brilliant. Found a table for 4 out back, towards the loos, and we were well looked after. My plain omelette and salad was huge and delicious at euro 13, but I was pretty jealous of the Lyonnaise salad my friend had. On the piste down from Aime la Plagne is this superb place te sit, drink, eat, enjoy. We ended up here by accident while snow was blazing through our goggles. A quick shelter was te plan. Inside you feel like Josef Maria. What coincidence during the Christmas holidays: an old stable converted to restaurant. Utmost ambiance! Try anthing and it’s good. Especially when it’s topped with French “Reblochon” cheese. Service is super-friendly, as if you were at their home. They speak English quite well so don’t feel stupid if you dont’t speak French. I was so flabbergasted I forgot to take pictures of the place. Go!
Went here on the chalet hosts night off and loved it! They picked us up in their cow van and took us up the hill and then we walked across the piste in the snow which was fun! 3 of us shared raclette which was a really good sized portion and delicious. I had apple pie for dessert.. also great! The staff were friendly and while we waited for the van home we were treated to some complimentary genepi! Awesome evening!

Staying in Plagne Village they collected us in their mini van - a short walk across the snowy slope to this magical Alpine wooden piste-side restaurant. Fabulous food ( we had thinly sliced beef that we cooked ourselves on an electric hot plate with salad & the best chips), great wine list & friendly and helpful people. Just lovely .....

the cottage is very nice; the dishes are delicious; the boss is always kindla salad of the cottage and the salt of the cheese are very good the meat is very good. the products are of quality, the dishes are well presented and the bread very good. The desserts, chocolate-colouring, white cheese behind the scenes of red fruit and gourmet coffee are perfect. Bravo
A wonderful quirky old cattle barn tucked into the side of the mountain side. Au Bon Vieux Temps is always worth a visit. Low ceilings, rustic everything and great staff! Almost like a living museum! They do a great hearty ski lunch and the best hot chocolate on the mountain.
the best time of our stay! it is typical, friendly, delicious!!! all this with a team in small care! Thank you to the boss for his gnole, his friendliness and his knowledge to do! We're just like home, it's impossible not to stop there! (smart friends). )

beautiful traditional farmhouse offering good savoyard specialties. The terrace as well as the interieur are worth the detour.The plates are well-stocked and well-presented, the cep ravioli are a must !the service is quick and friendly.
