We ate well. Burger very cop. On the other hand, I think insufficient staff in the kitchen gave rise to a very long wait. The girls in the room had to face the discontent of the customers. I think it would be nice for management to allow servers to offer a second aperitif to be patient. She offered me a drink, but I have to pay while it's their organization that forces me to wait for an hour for my burger? Just a commercial gesture that costs nothing to the owner and can ease tensions.
