This is a large, modern restaurant in the commercial centre at Leclerc and really popular at lunchtimes (probably evening as well! There is a separate bar area for non diners and a children's play area. Families with small children tend to be seated together near the play area. On this occasion we ordered the menu rapido as it was such good value, our only problem it was too rapid!! Aimed at people on their lunch break and costs E9.90 for one course plus a glass of wine. We ordered two kir at E3.20 ea. for our aperitif, followed by Pizza Regina and Pasta Bolognese for our mains. 3 different pasta dishes taken to go, served quickly, smiling and friendly team. Unfortunately the dishes were not to our taste, the cooking of the pasta was average, very floury, dry (little sauce). The accompaniments (salmon, cheese) were in small quantities and not present enough to make the dishes tasty. As a result, poor value for money. We will try again another time but on site to see the difference.
We stopped here to take a gas before we went to town for dinner. We were satisfied with the quality of drinks cocktails. Little honey beads as a gift. A friend could even pay with his card I recommend.
I had a steak bernaise and hubby had a pizza. Very nice and will go back. Reasonable prices and good service. Quite busy. Hubby also enjoyed desert which was very well presented and a large portion.
