we have dinner in au restaurant de la riviere (thanks to the full at night we visited; the online booking used). menus in French and coworkers do not speak English so they probably need some google translation or basic French to come by. the sentence...Menus are very good E20.90 for 3 curs or -E23.90 when they add the cheese course. choice of 3 for starter, head and dessert. eating was solid but not brilliant; how was the service. but we had a decent dinner outside.

I had some of the best French local food in this restaurant in a small town gurgy. we had escargot tempura, a kidney remover, a lamb dish, desert and a selection of French cheese. all were great and affordable for quality! an appetizer, pornstars and cheese is under 25 euro. make sure to ask the server with which wein to couple her court! our server was knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

cracking small restaurant in the village gurgy. especially a foie gras pate served with a rum and rusty ice cream. good worth when eating at the midday formula. will be visited again when I am over.

the evening meal begins officially at 19:00 clock, but the locals expect to get closer to 20:00 clock. eating is delicious and appropriate. their desserts should die!
