Little visit to buy madeleines in this now well-known place in Strasbourg. During the Christmas market period, we waited outside in the rain for an hour before being able to return. Once inside, we were very well received and an explanation for each madeleine creation was given to us. They are truly works of art, very well decorated and a restocking is done with new madeleines during the day. We took several to taste. The price is quite high, but this is explained by the experience you have once inside the establishment as well as the work accomplished on each madeleine. In my opinion, the madeleines were a little too sweet due to the decorations applied, but that's just a question of taste....

entering this shop is a real enchantment. I tried the experience on various occasions with different relatives to whom I made the shop discover, and when they all came out they all had the same reaction telling me whaou I had the impression of having been in a parallel world, having travelled, having been disconnected from reality .... they all had this feeling without consultation. the madeleines are obviously succulent and I'm looking forward to coming back every time. Thank you for this trip and these good times.
