It is thanks to the internet reviews that we came to this beautiful Garden of A Cheda. Immediately, the beauty of the place and the soft atmosphere that emerges from it strikes the visitor. We immediately feel that everything is in place to spend a beautiful summer evening, especially since we are quickly very well received. Voici un vrai gastronomique. Parfois, quand on lit certains commentaires, on a l'impression que certains visiteurs cherchent à tout prix la petite bête, le détail qui ne leur a pas plu,.... et en profitent pour dézinguer l'établissement. Eh bien ! Désolé pour eux, s'ils m'avaient accompagné hier soir, ils auraient pu chercher longtemps : tout était parfait, accueil, service, et bien entendu cuisine. Aucune fausse note. Belle carte des vins, particulièrement abondante en vins corses, avec une sommelière aux conseils judicieux. La cuisine est très inventive et très bien présentée. Il en est de même pour les mises en bouche et les douceurs finales. Y revenir sera un vrai plaisir.
