had dinner yesterday with Carnivore friends and everyone was happy. the Laab salad impressed us all, as well as the spicy calamari. I wasn't very important for the big thunnini roll, but the rest of the party was really thrilled. we loved the siu mai. the choconut X-tasy was a super delightful end of a great evening meal. the place was full, the service was friendly and efficient. highly recommended! we parked in the music centre. updated from previous review on 2016-01-29
I've been a fan of Au Lac since I ate there there first day of opening 25? years ago at their Fountain Valley location. They have evolved and become even better over the years, especially when they added Chef Ito. I love their raw options, especially the Curried Rice and the Tostada. On the cooked side, it's difficult to beat the Salt Pepper Shrimp
We grabbed take-out lunch while in the neighborhood and were not disappointed. Great flavors and textures, and good portions. Very kind people. Finding parking was a challenge, so it’s recommendable to call them to arrange for curbside, which they’re happy to do. Recommended.
The presentation is pretty like the curry rice. The tostada is amazingly delicious as well as the salt and pepper shrimp. The portions is generous. Both indoors space and outdoor view is excellent. I was also real happy when I got the bill. Reserva una mesa ahora
I came with a friend to celebrate my birthday to taste various vegan dishes. we order their steamed noodles, smoked wild rice, garlic basilikum noodles, magic mushroom hot elixir tea and baklava! they were all tasteful and delicious.
One of our favs we tried the ravioli and the #4 lunch combo. Delicious good, lovely environment and wonderful staff! Would come back again anytime! Also very reasonably priced! Updated from previous review on 2022 10 20
Love this place so much! The octopus dish is OUT OF THIS WORLD good. Wow. Also had the chocolate smoothie too! So so good!
