Nous avons dine pour la premiere fois dans cet etablissement figurant dans le Bib Gourmand 2024 du Guide Michelin. Tres belle salle de restaurant, plats gouteux et tres bien presentes (menu a moins de 40€ excellent proposant des asperges en entree, un risotto de legumes frais au parmesan et une tarte a la rhubarbe). Les vins sont de qualites. Un Gewurtz VT de la maison Bott a Ribeauville propose en aperitf absolument remarquable. Leger bemol… la qualite de l’accueil… peu chaleureuse et expeditive de la part de Mme Julie Baumlin… l’impression d’ensemble reste tres bonne.
for the time we have lunch in this very good restaurant but very expensive and yes border forces the prices to burst!!! Following the sanitary situation no sanitary passes requested even once at the table the patrone is pleasant according to his mood and walks without table mask in the table to serve and take order as well as his daughter then I do not see why they oblige his room staff to wear it while in the kitchen they do not leave it very well
The kitchen is very good. a small remark at the service, a card-based fatty oven and a foie gras in a menu, not the same amount. it would have been wise to balance the portions and not mention the foie gras of the menu is for who
beautiful evening with friends with panais ravioli in the entrance. the classic of the house, a chateaubriand, always excellent accompanied by wines very well chosen by Madame baumlin.

Very charming French Restaursnt close to Basel. Superb food, nice athmo and friendly staff definetely a „returner“
