We had the pleasure to find this pearl while we visited Albi. The only regret we had was that we found it after having lunch, but he had the pleasure to have our desserts and tea there. Everything is fresh and homemade. We had the chocolate cake and a banana/chocolate tart that were GREAT. The service was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Albi. As I mentioned, unfortunately we didn't eat there lunch but taking in consideration the desserts (we had) and seeing other tables lunches ... It looked real good.
During our holiday in Albi we visited this hotel several times. House pastries are delicious and generous parts, it is extremely difficult for gourmets that we are to resist the call of a second part .We also tested the homemade iced teas very good as well. The staff is friendly and professional We recommend.
A very beautiful place, many varieties of coffee. For lunch, everything is homemade and it's very good. House pastries are also delicious. Whether for lunch or for a coffee/tea break, this is an ideal place. In addition, all the people who work there are charming and friendly.
This 'salon du the' is worth a visit if only to view the interior. The menu is based on pastries and light meals, both are excellent. The service is not quick, but you won't be in a hurry. The couple who run the salon are charming.

We took Trip Advisors advice and had a delicious afternoon coffee and cake. This is a gorgeous cafe and rightfully deserves it's accolades. The interior is beautiful. Sat outside and watched the world go by.
