a beautiful place, a very smiling welcome, a pro, discreet and efficient service. We opt for the surprise menu... because all the à la carte dishes made us water in the mouth! and there comes the turtle tartar, what a fineness! We continue with roast shrimp, Thai broth a marvel! To our disappointment the restaurant was closed at the hotel the night we arrived, but the owner recommended a good one in town but we made sure we ate here the next night. Outstanding food and service, and though a week night packed with other tourists and locals. Make reservations. This Restaurant is a little more upmarket and expensive than most in the middle of Wissembourg, but it is worth every penny. The food my girlfriend and I had was exceptional. The staff were attentive and friendly but not overbearing, the setting was lovely and the interior was smart and polished. If I am working in Wissembourg again I will undoubtedly be returning. Highly recommended.
