I discovered by chance at my arrival that February was the month of the blue cord. So I didn't make myself pray and ordered the original with calf stew, the blue cords being cooked to the order. Nothing to say about it, it was excellent. in dessert I succumbed with desire to a cream burnt to the great marnier. Note that the grand marnier is torn in front of you. the waitress who was present was very kind and effective, as was the boss present in the room as well. I liked my lunch at the crown this afternoon, the day of the valentine.
We were there for dinner in March 2024. Excellent food and we were allowed in before the restaurant actually opened. It could have been a little warmer, but we didn't have a reservation and so sat in the cute breakfast room instead of the rustic tavern.
small town restaurant hotel nice enough with a pleasant picturesque side. the rooms reflect this side Alsace-old a little small but pleasant. menus have affordable rates and meals are good.
passing through this pretty town that is wissembourg, my gourmet break was pleasant in this restaurant. The service is efficient, the kitchen is very simple but nevertheless very good.
