After reading the book of alsace in Provence fromanders grøndahl, where at the mill is mentioned as a visit each, we were looking forward to this evening. the service was good and very professional and the wine card was long, but the food was disappointing. We were first served asparagus with 3 different sauces. white asparagus were perfect and sauces were medium. Then we had chicks with potato purée and a mortal salad in a small bowl next to it. dessert was good, just like cheese.
We had lunch here for a family meeting and enjoyed our visit very much. we have chosen the four-course gourmet menu with a different Alsatian wine glass to accompany each dish. the food and indeed the wine were superb and the staff was friendly and attentive and we tightened the hand of the chef by leaving. the location in the countryside is very pleasant and the adjacent hotel looked very well. We will do everything we can to have dinner here during our next visit to strasbourg.
very pleasant restaurant in summer with a shaded and pleasant terrace. service is effective even if it is a little heavy. The kitchen is very classic and well mastered despite some touches of originality. Things were a little chaotic when I got here. a group of European parliamentarians had arrived for a business event. naja. master remained totally imperturbable and found me a beautiful table next to the garden. the staff was also imperturbable. food is a good alsatian cuisine. Classic. Rich. good selection of wines. not cheap, but good value for money.

We had a very good time in a green and pleasant environment. the service is very well as the advice of the sommelier that made us discover the wines of the terroir. very good address we will return to our return to the region.
a beautiful place, in a green setting. The restaurant has several rooms. We were a 12 tab and had a charming room apart, which turned out to be very pleasant. the kitchen is traditional and the dishes are tasteful. The staff is professional, willingly giving indications about wines and dishes. Service is irreproachable.
it is true a few good dishes but you are kindly asked to leave at some time. no commercial spirit vis-à-vis the customer and even less respect. With such a state of mind, we'll never go back to it again. Too bad the boss doesn't respect his clients. the place is beautiful and can be played t it on this.
