uzès is simply fantastic, the Bernese also know it;-) you can hear the German berne everywhere - wonderful. I love the atmosphere, the little bistros and especially the market of Uzbekistan, I went there several times and every time I see something new. I can't judge the kitchen because, as always in france, I prefer to drink my glass of rose and watch the market. nowhere else in the world you have this feeling, here everyone can buy a pair of fresh oysters at the market and order the wine at the restaurant then they eat and chat!!! You feel like home and if you're lucky, someone will spontaneously play the musette - the French have it under control! Mmm, live the france!
