The welcome may seem cold, however Raymonde is a person with a unique and warm personality, who will try to make you smile during the evening. The food is good. The wait can be long depending on the desired dish, however this allows you to take the time to savor. The Rösti Evolenard are excellent. Despite what some may say, the place and the staff are top notch. We were served quite quickly. We were even offered to move upstairs if the people at the bar were too noisy for our liking. You have to know how to take your time and be smiling.

waited 10 mins on the terrace (the waiter was twice on the terrace and saw us) and only when we've started the waiter wanted to serve us we've been totally alone without other guests on the terrace so we had to choose another restaurant for lunch ... went to see a restaurant which wanted to earn some money ...

at first glance the boss seems very cold to you. This is far from being the case. She is like her EXCELLENT raclette.. She is very attentive and has a lot of humor. It is a very friendly place where you eats very well. I ate unlimited raclette. The price is very reasonable.

Friendly, frank and local atmosphere. Traditional and very tasty food, from soup to wood-fired raclette to a Hérens steak. In short, an extremely pleasant moment in a typical setting.

Even though it was full, Raymonde made arrangements and found us a table. Wood-fired raclette, excellent, creamy grills, perfect lemon and red fruit tartlets. We were not disappointed
