Beautiful location, wonderful setting on the terrace with stunning views of the lake. Small aperitif with champagne and strawberry-passion fruit champagne cocktail. The latter was very well prepared with the subtle side of strawberry and passion fruit without being too sweet, a great success. Their salad with their legendary and incomparable sauce is always just as magical, we can 't get enough of it. Second starters with fresh goat 's cheese quenelle and tastings of perch fillets, absolutely nothing to complain about, simply delicious, well done and thank you. A little disappointment when we received the entrecôte (stale on the bone for 21 days) and the beef fillet, which clearly lacked coo...

After several always positive visits, today we were very disappointed with the dishes. The service was lovely, no complaints there! But in terms of dishes, the presentation left something to be desired. The perch were OK despite the excess fat on the plate. The chocolate profiteroles were in reality chocolate with profiteroles... these poor little choux were bathed in a pool of chocolate sauce with a bitter aftertaste. For the softness, it was missing a little bit of cooking but it was okay. We were left hungry this evening, it remains to be seen if we will repeat the experience. Because looking back a little bit, today might not have been a good evening (I hope so)!

An institution regarding perch fillets which persists over time. The setting is always warm and the service always attentive. If you book in advance, don’t hesitate to ask for a table on the terrace. We had the scallops as a starter followed by the traditional “Vieux Navire” menu. Composed with a salad with its special sauce and old-style perch fillets. Nothing to say, everything was perfect without any false notes.

A great experience, We ate together this afternoon, the service was super nice, the atmosphere was super good. The cuisine is a feast for the eyes and the mouth. Special mention for the server Lukas he is at the top :
