I’m writing this review hoping to see some positive changes. As a resident of the building, this coffee shop is the most convenient option for me. Unfortunately, the quality of the coffee—especially the long black—has been consistently disappointing. It tastes burnt, bitter, and sour, making it hard to enjoy, particularly at $6.05 for a small size. I often find myself going to McDonald’s instead, where I get a larger coffee with better flavor for a much lower price.
