Auberge Champenoise

We've been in this restaurant for years. It's mosy just outside of Epernay. We are never disappointed. the menu is always different, attentive servers and offer good advice on wines. I got the mustard pig and the family had the steak tartare. To finish my husband has alcohol sorbets, a local ice dessert and alcohol is extracted during the development of champagne. tasty but very strong with alcohol. I have the pistachio dessert, nougat which was also very pleasant. a nice afternoon to remember with our teenager our visits there when she was little. Champagne and wines are at reasonable prices in this restaurant.

average lunch.. we get lost from the entrance to the hotel. . once at table .on gets lost in the too great wine list..without talking about the map for the half bottles . the wines have a code and even the waitress gets lost in the wines between the grape varieties on one hand and the codes!.. the basic products are good but arrive cold at table foie gras pancake purée jacques. .and the dessert is rude and not homemade... damaging. There would be potential yet

enjoyed a menu offered for lunch with a top terrine wine carafe of meat with an onion count and a fresh salad, and as a piece a dish of chicken stew something dry but always very tasty my wife took the pork net to the mustard s.c. good wine good service good cup of coffee to earn energy for the next champagne houses to see and taste. Thank you for taking good care of us.

We found this restaurant in a brochure in epernay and we were only a few kilometers away. So we figured out, why not? menu 4 amuse-bouche dishes at 35 euros. And it was delicious too. very good restaurant if you are not looking for the great chic. advised

excellent value for money. quality cuisine with fresh products. green setting with a typical Champagne atmosphere. Small flat, the service was lacking in dynamism. concerning the wine map, support and presentation to modernize.
