In the heart of the picturesque medieval village, perched, reopened since January, François Toniazzo in the kitchen and Brigitte Demoncheaux at the reception offer rich, homemade and delicious dishes that really deserve to go to Bairols. The welcome is very hot, the frame is original with the machines of the old oil mill and a breathtaking view. Small stomachs are abstaining. Prices are very reasonable. It's really worth the trip.
super culinary experience the chef is a former master of magician that we have eaten dishes worked and excellent without talking about the setting that is beautiful the more the history of the restaurant is superb, they came to bairols responding to an ad of village of sos.
