A warm welcome, a friendly and smiling hostess, respecting the barrier gestures, and her husband, a chef coming and generous both in her kitchen and in human contact. Housemade rich dishes, with carefully selected vegetables from the garden and meat. Finally, an incredible view of the surrounding mountains. A pleasant stopover and the little more, it is the kindness of the owners who did not hesitate to offer me a doggy bag to finish my dish later. Thank you again for your kindness! In the heart of the picturesque medieval village, perched, reopened since January, François Toniazzo in the kitchen and Brigitte Demoncheaux at the reception offer rich, homemade and delicious dishes that really deserve to go to Bairols. The welcome is very hot, the frame is original with the machines of the old oil mill and a breathtaking view. Small stomachs are abstaining. Prices are very reasonable. It's really worth the trip.

super culinary experience the chef is a former master of magician that we have eaten dishes worked and excellent without talking about the setting that is beautiful the more the history of the restaurant is superb, they came to bairols responding to an ad of village of sos. Unfortunately, they will have to leave the site but fortunately for our taste buds, they will reopen to the crisp.
