L'Auberge du Moulin

in the heart of the picturesque medieval village, perched, reopened since January, françois toniazzo in the kitchen and the brigitte demonches at the reception offer you a rich, homemade and delicious dishes that really deserve to climb up to the bairols. the reception is very hot, the frame is original with the machines of the old oil mill and a breathtaking view. Small stomachs are shut down. prices are very reasonable. It's really worth the trip.

super culinary experience the chef is a former master of magician that we have eaten dishes worked and excellent without talking about the setting that is magnificent the more the history of the restaurant is superb, they came to bairols responding to an ad of village of sos. Unfortunately, they will have to leave the site but fortunately for our taste buds, they will reopen to the crisp.

A pleasure! bring the calf with the Corsecane beer tray with chestnut) with grilled vegetables and delicious and hearty ceps. red fruit dessert and lemon cream in a crispy corolla. everything was perfect in a magnificent setting, view of the mountain in this very beautiful medieval village, and with the smile of the chef and his wife at service!

An excellent table.. by chance for us; we were only two.. a welcome as at home, father and son in small care for us.. aperitif at the corner of the fire. meals to delight taste buds. authentic and fresh products (savage sprinkles.. Venus navel.. humm succulent... to redo... thanks to Mr Fred and his son...
