Auberge de la castille

Nous avons bien fait de suivre les avis des autres internautes : c'est une étape gastronomique à ne pas manquer. Le cadre est agréable, l'hôtesse très aimable et la cuisine divine. Nous étions neuf et avions réservé une table dès l'ouverture à 19h en précisant que nous aurions de la route après. Tout a été fait pour minimiser l'attente. Les produits utilisés proviennent du terroir et le savoir-faire du chef fait des merveilles. Le foie gras maison sous diverses déclinaisons nous a enchanté. L'assiette de charcuterie donne une idée de la qualité des produits. Bien qu'étant de gros mangeurs, nous sommes tous repartis repus.Nous recommandons cet établissement sans réserve. Menus à 23€ et à 29€.

as a dweller of parisot I used the auberge regularly. serge and sylvie have regularly produced some stunning eating along with good service and company. the extension of the terrace has an enormous improvement. lunchtimes offers serge a buffet that is excellent. some. his dishes are really extraordinary as the lamb marinated in smoked rosmarin. the wein is not expensive, but is good serge is trying to provide local products both food and wine a whole a friendly place to dine with a few who want to use local products to offer excellent eating and drinking at a reasonable price

we were camped near and outside the season, but the auberge was still fully booked every evening, so we went to lunch. the breakfast buffet style first cure on salads and vegetables from own gardens were beautiful and easy. the most important courses were again. simple, but excellent cooked. try the bark that melts it in mouth. were bought. clientelle (for it was full that Thursday afternoon) varies from native to the building, the poor and a table of well-healed older ladies as there!

I recently visited this restaurant with my wife for an evening meal and was pleasantly surprised. The food was really well prepared, fresh ingredient were used, really generous size portions and the service was really friendly. there is a wide range of choices and they even do a 25euro menu a 31euro menu and an a la carte menu. The views outside of the valley are stunning!This is certainly a new favourite to add to the list, we';; certainly be visiting here again. Reserva una mesa ahora

after ten years of hope that the eyelet will improve, I was right again, it's mumbling. I was invited to a birthday dinner on the newly built terrace, I went with an open mind to see if it improved, but no. the. service is still the same, very poor, the wine, in the price. eating is expensive, but okay. we were wondering if we could have fries, not the answer. as it remains in business, I'm a secret.

We visited the Auberge following a recommendation. We sat out on the new terrace that the owners had built this year. We had Fois Gras and the speciality main course which was lamb smoked in grass. amazing. This is a real find and will be...the nearest restaurant to the home we are restoring nearby. we understand that the owner is a classically trained chef and it shows. Definitely worth a visit

Lovely traditional auberge with friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The menu was made up of regional dishes with as many locally sourced products as possible. Food was very good and well presented all at reasonable prices. The owners could not have been more welcoming, the kind...of auberge where you just want to go back again to sample more of the menu. Lekkere keuken, eigenares maakt er een geslaagde avond van op gebied van bediening en maaltijd. De gerechten mochten wel iets warmer zijn. Voor de rest prijs /kwaliteit top! 1 van de betere adresjes in de buurt, ook met onze kinderen. Minpuntje, Irishcoffee behoort niet tot hun competentie... Voor de rest mooie wijnkaart aan meer dan normale prijzen. Kinderen welkom!

Des années que je passe devant ce restaurant sans m'y arrêter. Pas très attirant!Et finalement le topTrès bonne cuisine, plats copieux, je me suis régalée comme tout le reste de la table d'ailleurs.
