I cannot understand why this restaurant is not higher up the ratings list. We come here every year and have never had anything less than a great experience on the seven or eight evenings we have had dinner here. It is right next to the...beach (reserve the day before to get the very best tables). The menu is varied and the food is fresh and well presented. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's not cheap, but we find that in France you pay a bit more but get great quality food, and this restaurant is no exception. Do try it, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Decided to have a look at Agay and stopped for lunch. We were a party of and had mixed success. The moules marinier and chips were given good marks as was the Veggie Pizza. However the Tuna Risotto was considered poor with the Tuna...over cooked and the rice more like a pudding rice. We had to ask for bread with the meal when we noticed other diners were provided it. Credit to the staff, they did offer another dish and knocked the price off the final Bill. An OK meal but nothing outstanding. A good location on the beach.
This is a gem of a restaurant, and we ate here twice during our stay in Agay! It is so special to dine literally right on the Mediterranean, seeing and hearing the waves! There are choices of tables inside, or on a patio with umbrellas,...or right in the sand. Also on the side there is a shaded comfortable deck, if one just wants a beverage. The food was great, servers very pleasant, and the whole experience wonderful! We were celebrating our anniversary, and would definitely return!
We visited one lunchtime and really poor service from a grumpy French Waiter. The food we had on this occassion was good and as you on the beachside the location is excellent. On our second visit (why we went back I dont know! the service...was marginally better maybe as evening? But unfortunatly I was very ill after eating mussels (I do appreciate probably not the restaurants fault as seafood can be unpredictable.

We waited approximately mins before anyone bothered to give us a menu. Ordered Salmon, took ages to arrive which was definitely undercooked. ALSO asked for bread and eventually had small pieces of dry bread which looked like someone's leftovers!!! Waiters were not particularly...amiable, in particular very rude. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very expensive for the poor food and service.
Four of us ate here and all had Delicious meals, Service was very good with all the waiters being polite and helpful, we had a table overlooking the bay which added to the experience, i had the beef in a rich wine sauce with tagliatelle...as a side dish, the wife had a large bowl of Moules Frites, and our friends both had the sardines, all of us thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
You can’t be closer to the mediterranean sea having a meal. Various menu from seafood to just a great burger. International cuisine on the beach almost with your feet in the salty water. Prices are realistic and not what you expext when having lunch at...the Cote d’Azur. We love the place and come back everytime we are in the neighborhood hoping it will be there.
Great location on the beach in Agay, but could be so much better. Visited for drinks on the last SUN of the season, so maybe they were just winding down. Service was perfectly adequate, not particularly friendly. Get the sense they do not think they...have to try very hard maybe ?

Big portions, le plat du jour is always been good. I have been to this restaurant at least times. So far I have tried le couscous l’aïoli: both fantastic! It always has been a great experience! Right on the beach, great staff: very...professional. Une très bonne adresse
