if they happen by chance on the way to bretagne (mont st. michel) and they pass through fecamp and the neighboring st. leonard, it is worth stopping a night in the auberge de la rouge on the route du havre. the hotel is sufficient and all comfort is there, but expect nothing funny. the price is also very reasonable. the largest surprise is their restaurant serving high quality French food. when we were there, we enjoyed a beautiful escape of foie gras with apple. delicious! then the main course is always fresh and perfect. I will certainly return to this unpredictable and nice restaurant.

Just happened to end up here for dinner. Menu card looked good. Well, the dishes were unfortunately bad. Tomate burrata: Half a warm tomato filled with rubber mozarella, how can you ruin such beautiful ingredients? The steak had no taste, the chicken idem, and the fish didn't seem fresh.
It was a good table in a pleasant setting but it was before the change of owner:- the reception is mediocre- the kitchen is only frozen warm prices are high service is very long (2h for a dish a dessert)the exterior once so beautiful is not maintained, the fountainrid.
I recommend this restaurant very good reception by the owners ,the service was pleasant .quand to the food , a feast , a good card with specialities of fish and crustaceans especially .the desserts were succulent . we will return there with pleasure .
We loved the kidneys and veal ris: freshness and quality of cooking products and recipe with old vegetables and mushrooms and perfectly seasoned. the rest of the meal was also good and wanted
