This family-run establishment is a small jewel, a pepite as rarely found. No card, a unique menu (€31.50 during our trip) with 3 choice entries, 3 choice dishes, cheese and dessert. But we were not prepared for such a feast.After a salad full of surprises (which could have served us as a meal!), timp fish and olive candy that evening: it's done well, it's very good, nothing to say, we're enjoying ourselves. When the ardéchois cheese tray arrives and it is patiently detailed to us, we couldn't resist the temptation ... then I had trouble choosing the dessert and the chef has totally brought me a assortment of homemade pastries: greedy as I am, I thought I was in paradise ... and to crown ever...
it is difficult to arrive in this establishment that you breathe well being and simplicity. Here you are sitting on the edge of the world. the view of the restaurant's terrace is superb and it's running more as you swim in the overflowing pool. You will be charmed by the serenity of the place, the reception of the chef, the authentic setting and the animals of the inn (the goat, the cat, the geese, ...). as to your plate, it will be worthy of the Ardéchois epicurians. a beautiful place to leave everyday life and plunge into simple pleasures. Good continuation to the Inn team.
After you reach the end of the world, you carry on for a couple of hundred metres and find this place. We had no expectations, and were bowled over, bouleversé indeed, by the quality of the food, the ambience of the setting, and the friendliness of the service. Prix fixe menu, between the three of us all the starters and main courses very good, the cheeseboard also, and the fresh cheese alternative an eye-opener (!), the desserts wonderful. You get the feeling that it is a matter of personal pride on the part of the patron family to serve good food. They succeeded.
came to ten, with family, for an excellent evening, spent on a terrace with breathtaking views. excellent local cuisine: everything is very fresh and homemade, the good taste of simple things. The service is unpretentious but neat: suitable for this landscape frame is magical: a breathtaking view and cozy tables.Quality report very correct price: cheese tray and dessert trolley for the most gourmets! And in addition to all this, the boss is very nice!We were there together for a wedding anniversary, it's successful!
for the third year we return to what we call the haven paradise (owners). the panorama is unsurpassable, the swimming pool is unique in its kind, the cossus cottages, decorated with an unheard taste (we tested 3 different). the restaurant is divine, the cuisine made with fresh products. To finish the belin family is annoying, welcoming and endearing. Only one desire... to come back!
