A charming restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. We had a wonderful meal. Although we were initially nervous about having no choice in the menu, they went out of their way to ensure that anything we couldn’t eat – seafood in my husband’s case – was substituted with something just as delicious. We visited for a 6 course lunch with matched wines as my birthday treat. The menu was set, based on in-season ingredients. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and offered a choice of tables. Our hostess explained a little about their mission to deliver quality and where possible locally sourced, food. We had six courses of delicious food accompanied by a generous taste of wine paired to the course which enhanced the experience. Service was excellent and the ambience was very pleasant, relaxed and friendly. Would I recommend this restaurant: yes, definitely! Will we return: yes, definitely and looking forward to it.

A truly inventive, ambitious, and well executed fine dining experience. The chef truly has a vision for his food, and we felt a masterful balance of execution of flavors alongside playfulness, inspiration, and surprise. For someone searching for a culinary experience, this may very well be the best place in the entire region —we tried many other acclaimed spots). It is worth a trip to eat this food!
